Introducing the New Peber Sourdough Pizza Range
We are thrilled to announce an exciting evolution at our Artisan Fermentation Studio. Starting Thursday, July 2nd, join us every Thursday through Saturday, from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, for our reimagined pizza experience.
Each of our nine unique pizzas is crafted using our signature Peber Sourdough Rye Starter and undergoes a meticulous fermentation process of at least 72 hours. Our new menu features:
2 Foundations: Our classic, perfectly executed bases.
5 Signatures: Our most beloved, curated combinations.
2 Rotating Chef’s Specials: Fresh, inventive creations that change every month.
We are incredibly proud of this new heritage sourdough crust and look forward to sharing this evolution of our craft with you.
